Mr. He’s practice is focused primarily on corporate and commercial law and spans a wide range of industries including finance, real estate, power, road, high technology and entertainment. He’s been involved in a variety of sophisticated M&As in either domestic or cross-border context. Mr. He’s trade law practice is focused upon dispute resolution through arbitration, litigation and alternative mechanisms like mediation.
Mr. He has a strong interest in legal practice in connection with new energy, climate change and environment projects. He's advised clients like Tianjin Climate Exchange on numerous CDM (Clean Development Mechanism) projects, EPC (Energy Performance Contracting) projects and new energy projects in China.
